Deposits are strongly advised for all events that have a public element and especially for temporary crowds with a night-time programme.
Results show clearly that the highest return rates have deposits that reflect the real value of the items. Even on quite small events, cup losses can be surprisingly high without a deposit charged.

If you decide deposits are not for you we can still work with you, as long as you accept liability for the potential extra losses of stock. Because your impact on the environment will be greater, that fee must be levied.
